Many of our trains convey an On Train Buffet.
Our on-train buffets, staffed by volunteers, serve a range of drinks and light refreshments including tea and coffee, hot chocolate, squash, and canned drinks. Also a selection of crisps, chocolate bars and snacks.
There are also often seasonal specials such as mince pies, Irish coffee, beers and other daily specials.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please advise our staff before ordering and we will do our best to help.
We now accept card payments at the buffet, but due to limited signal, we kindly recommend using cash where possible for a smoother transaction.
The former Refreshment Rooms at Buckfastleigh station is now operated by Birdies Kitchen. Opening times and menus can be found on their website
The Bridge View Kiosk, located in the Buckfastleigh car park, offers a selection of hot and cold drinks, savoury pasties, light snacks, and locally made ice cream. It’s open on weekends and during school holidays, perfect for a quick refreshment before or after your visit.
